CMS Ishihara Test for Color Blindness
To take the Ishihara Test for Color Blindness, first print a copy of the CMS Ishihara answer sheet (Adobe PDF file). With the answer sheet in hand, examine the demonstration plate below and then start the test by clicking the "Start Test" button below.
Fill in the answer sheet in black ink and return to CMS by scan/email, fax, or mail.
This vision test consists of 8 plates taken from the PIPIC Color Vision Test 24 Plate Edition. You should be able to identify the number on each of the plates in 3 seconds.

Look at the demonstration plate below. If you have normal color vision, you should see the number 16.
