RN Orientation
- Review the orientation packet – see Documents below.
- Sign the Policies and Procedures Page and the Associate Release (first 2 pages of the packet) and send back to CMS via scan/email, fax, or mail.
- Must have a Fit Test.
CNA Orientation
- Must complete Sitter Quiz (see documents below) with a score of 100%.
- Must have a Fit Test.
