Please note the following orientation requirements for agency personnel required by this university medical center.
Medical Center Nursing Orientation Procedures
- HIPAA Training
- Complete the Bayview HIPAA Training (see documents below)
- Call a CMS Scheduling Coordinator and give them the username and password that you had to create for the HIPAA Training. They will verify completion and print out the HIPAA certificate.
- In addition, please print, complete and sign the Meditech User ID Request & Confidentiality forms (see documents below). Scan/email, fax or mail the completed forms to CMS.
- Healthstream Modules
- Call a CMS Scheduling Coordinator to have them obtain a Healthstream user ID and password from Bayview for you.
- Complete the Healthstream Modules using your user ID and password by following the Healthstream Module Instructions (see documents below).
- Once you have completed the Healthstream Modules, please contact a CMS Scheduling Coordinator to verify completion.
