Off Hours Scheduling Team Leader

Toni joined the CMS team in the fall of 2002 as the first evening/weekend scheduling coordinator. A native Baltimorean, she was the youngest of five children in a big Italian family. She attended Mercy High School and Essex Community College. Toni has been employed by the State of Maryland, Department of Juvenile Justice for 23 years. Currently she is a Cognitive Program Facilitator and Trainer. She has also served as a Victim Advocate for 20 years. In 1992, Toni was appointed by the Governor to the Board of Victims Services and has served on that Board for 17 years. Toni is very active in volunteering at St. Anthony’s School and Church. She loves working with people and is delighted to be a part of the CMS team.

Toni lives in Baltimore with her husband Carl and enjoys spending time with her three sons, John, Dan, & Austin.
