Human Resources Manager

Mary joined CMS in the spring of 2004, bringing an extensive background in management, marketing and human resources to the team. Originally from Baltimore, Mary earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Her career has spanned experiences in personnel management, marketing, job placement, recruitment and employment services.

Mary maintains her commitment to the mission of CMS, now as Human Resources Manager, as she did when she was Manager of Scheduling Operations and an Account Manager. She uses her knowledge of CMS and the medical staffing industry to ensure that all clients are receiving the highest quality services possible. This in-depth understanding of how to meet a client's needs has allowed Mary to give new facilities the confidence to begin using CMS associates. Mary works with the entire CMS team to ensure associates are given the training and orientation required to function as a seamless extension of any client's staff.

You may see Mary out in the clinical setting as she makes frequent visits to many of the clients served by CMS. Her warm personality and great sense of humor combined with her motivation and organizational skills make Mary a valuable member to the CMS team.

On the weekends, Mary enjoys all outdoor activities including camping, hiking, biking and is an avid motorcycle enthusiast. Mary lives in Kingsville with her boyfriend, daughter and their dog and cats.
