Jeff McClure

Principal & Chief Operating Officer

While originally from the Baltimore area, Jeff relocated from warm and sunny Huntington Beach, California during the fall of 2001 and traveled 3000 miles East to partner with Terri Weller in launching Chesapeake Medical Staffing. He brought with him several years of staffing and business management experience and a strong belief in the service Terri and himself intended to provide. Jeff received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Business Administration in 1996 from Washington & Lee University. After graduating, he began a career in the wireless telecommunications industry as a financial analyst for Americom, a Towson based company. In the winter of 1999, Jeff relocated to Southern California and took a position as Program Manager for Solectron Corporation, the world’s largest contract electronics manufacturer at the time. Here he managed one of Solectron’s largest technical staffing and service clients, Verizon Wireless.

Jeff has utilized his 13-year career in the staffing industry to help Chesapeake Medical Staffing become a leader in quality, innovation, customer service and financial performance within the health care sector. He is passionate about the growth and success of CMS and believes that CMS’ strength comes from the measurable contributions provided by each of its Team Members.

Jeff resides in Sparks, MD on his family’s farm and vineyard with his wife, Casey, and sons Ryder & Brody. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys competing in motocross events for the CMS Racing Team, playing ice hockey, and traveling to the Maryland shore.
